Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days for eligible unworn merchandise. Made-to-order sizes, styles marked as final sale, complimentary gifts with purchase, gift cards, merchandise credits and shipping fees are not eligible.  The return label provided is covered under our carrier policy. If you choose to use your own return label, John Hardy is not responsible for additional duties and taxes, orders lost in transit, or packages held by U.S. customs. 

Biannual sale products are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment on your order. For applicable returns, a merchandise credit will be issued.

1. Domestic orders can print a complimentary FedEx return label. 

2. Include your return packing slip along with your unworn merchandise and place it securely in the original packaging. 

3. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box and bring it to your local FedEx shipping center. Please note the return tracking number for your reference. 

   

International Return Instructions:

1. Include the return packing slip along with your unworn merchandise and place it securely in the original packaging.  

2. Affix your return shipping label to the package and note the return tracking for your reference.   

3. Print 3 copies of the commercial invoice and put them inside clear adhesive shipping pouch. Affix the pouch to the package making sure not to cover the shipping label and bring your package to your local FedEx shipping center. 

Please note, all duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. 

 

 
Allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be received and processed—an email notification will be sent once complete. Allow an additional to 1-3 business days depending on your bank for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
