Return Policy

Holiday Return Policy

Purchases made on or at a John Hardy Boutique have an extended return window. Orders placed between November 1, 2023, and December 25, 2023, can be returned until January 31, 2024.  Biannual sale products and styles marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Standard Return Policy

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days for eligible unworn merchandise. Made-to-order styles/sizes, styles marked as Final Sale, complimentary gifts with purchase, gift cards, merchandise credits and shipping fees are not eligible. 

Biannual sale products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or substituted. No adjustments on previously made purchases.

All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment on your order; exchanges are unable to be processed at this time. For applicable returns, a merchandise credit will be issued.


U.S. Return Instructions:

To request a return, complete the following steps:

1. Enter a return reason code next to the style(s) you are returning on the packing slip included in your original shipment.

2. Include the packing slip with the completed return portion, along with your unworn merchandise, and place it securely in the original packaging.

3. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box and bring it to your local FedEx ship center. Note the return tracking number for your reference.

Allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be received and processed—an email notification will be sent once complete. Allow an additional to 1-3 business days depending on your bank for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.
