Standard Return Policy
Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days for eligible unworn merchandise. Styles marked as final sale, made-to-order sizes, custom-engraved styles, complimentary gifts with purchase, gift cards, merchandise credits, and shipping fees are not eligible. The return label provided is covered under our carrier policy. If you choose to use your own return label, John Hardy is not responsible for additional duties and taxes, orders lost in transit, or packages held by U.S. customs.
The original diamond certificate must be included with your JH Lovestruck™ return. Please contact our Client Care team at 888.838.3022 for return instructions.
Biannual Sale products are priced as marked and are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or substituted; provided that consumers residing in the European Union retain their statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, regardless of sale status.

1. Domestic orders can print a complimentary FedEx return label.
2. Include your return packing slip along with your unworn merchandise and place it securely in the original packaging.
3. Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box and bring it to your local FedEx shipping center. We recommend obtaining a drop-off receipt.
International Return Instructions:
Please note, all duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

2. Affix your return shipping label to the package and note the return tracking for your reference. DHL will electronically share the clearance documents with Customs.
3. Please drop your package off at the nearest DHL shipping center.
European Union — Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in a European Union member state, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, regardless of whether the item is marked as final sale. To exercise this right, please use our electronic withdrawal form accessible via the withdrawal link provided in our website footer (or in the order confirmation email, if applicable). You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon submission.
Please return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. To generate your return shipping label, please access our Returns Portal, please click here.
Upon a valid withdrawal, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping back to us. Please note that import duties may not be refundable — contact our Client Care team for assistance.
The withdrawal right does not apply to made-to-order, custom-sized, or personalized items (including custom-engraved styles).
Refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be received and processed—an email notification will be sent once complete. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment on your order.
Exchanges
Allow up to 7 business days for your return to be received and processed—an email notification will be sent once complete. Our team will process your exchange order and contact you if they have any questions. Orders outside the U.S will have to place a new order for exchange.
Gift Returns & Merchandise Credit
If the John Hardy gift you received isn't right for you, we'd be happy to offer you an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit to be used on JohnHardy.com. This applies to qualifying purchases made on johnhardy.com or at a John Hardy Boutique. A valid sales receipt is required. To request a merchandise credit please contact our team.
